DHEA 24 USED COMPLETELY YEAR 2006 REBUILT, INTERNAL DIAPHRAGM NEVER REPLACED made of Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels with the following characteristics: - Closed tank with a capacity of approximately 24 hl in Aisi 304 stainless steel to be able to carry out, in addition to the normal pressing, macerations under an inert gas atmosphere, red macerations with or without oxygenation, carbonic maceration for new wines, cold maceration for white wines. - Central elastic membrane in non-toxic food grade rubber to exploit the entire circumference of the press tank as a drainage surface, thus reducing pressing times to a minimum. - Lower pressures compared to presses with diametric membrane to increase the quality of the musts extracts. - Drainage elements in Aisi 304 stainless steel arranged 360° inside the tank and not just on the semi-circumference, with a trapezoidal section to enhance the drainage capacity and easily removable to make machine cleaning operations easier. - Variable setup during the processing phases to obtain maximum performance from the press every moment of the work cycle, thus reducing pressing times. - Loading and pressing phases with the press inclined towards the must collection tank to accelerate the exit of the must and to optimize the load, without the need for double or triple doors, reducing al minimum rotations necessary for good load distribution resulting in better quality. - Crumbling and pressure setting phases with horizontal press to guarantee perfect ring distribution of the material to be pressed over the entire circumference of the tank, so as to always use the entire drainage surface available. - Unloading phase with press inclined towards the unloading door to obtain a fast and complete unloading without the aid of a double or triple door or helical elements inside the tank. - Manually opened loading and unloading door positioned laterally to the cylinder and not central. Such solution, combined with the variable setup of the press, makes the construction completely useless of a double door even if you want to load whole grapes. - Fixed must collection tank in Aisi 304 stainless steel with quick coupling and disconnection, possibility of choose the side where to apply the must extraction pump. - Internal manifold connecting the draining elements to allow the extraction of the must all the positions assumed by the press during the automatic pressing cycle. - Must outlet nozzles arranged symmetrically on the circumference of the tank so as to promote maximum static drainage during loading and pressing. Equipped with DIN connections and caps, one of which has a vent valve, to be able to carry out macerations inside the press. - Side must collection gutters anchored to the frame via quick coupling, perfectly connected to the outlet ports in order to avoid any possibility of splashes.
