Membrane press with closed cylinder but with perforated door suitable for pressing up to
800 kg of whole grapes,
about 1500 of pressed grapes
or 1700 of fermented mass for each work cycle.

The machine, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is mounted on a frame with four rubberized swivel wheels, two of which with brakes.
The pressing, with progressive pressure alternating with the crumbling of the compacted product, takes place inside a cylindrical tank
metal between the perforated wall of the door and the three draining channels and a soft membrane, which, pushed by compressed air, gently squeezes
the product to release the liquid held in it. The tank has rounded bottoms and, inside, there is a fixed non-toxic polyurethane membrane
on the edges by a series of Aisi 304 stainless steel bolts. The air used is produced by a compressor and a blower: the compressor performs the pressing
with programs developed by us, while the blower, with high flow rate and low pressure, intervenes automatically to accelerate the discharge of air from the membrane.

The compressor, with a power of 1.3 kW, the blower, with a power of 0.9 kW, and the reducer, directly coupled to a self-braking motor with a power of 1.1 kW for the rotation of the tank,
they are placed on the machine protected by a hood and easily accessible.
