FILLER:
- 4-nozzle isobaric filling system
- motorized chain selection and transfer of bottles with bottle presence control system (no bottle / no fill)
- product accumulation tank with electric level probes, with very thick walls, tested for operation up to 5 bar pressure
- pneumatic lifting of the bottles with plates equipped with a bottle centering system
- stainless steel filling taps with heat-sanitisable gaskets
- anti-foam filling system with food grade rubber deflector ring to distribute the product evenly on the walls of the bottle
- level adjustment via quick disassembly cannulae with supplied key
- automatic filling cycle (electro-pneumatic) with first valve opening for back pressure, total opening for bottle filling, decompression (degassing)
- electronic control of the different processing phases and times with PLC, with adjustments from the operator panel.

CAPPING MACHINE:
Capper made of steel and equipped with safety, is suitable for the application of mushroom cork stoppers for small and medium productions.
The closing system of the capping part has four hardened stainless steel plugs rectified with centesimal tolerances and is easily removable for cleaning or sterilization operations.
Suitable for treating caps max ø 30 mm and height 52 mm.
The distribution of caps occurs automatically.
The loading of the caps occurs manually via a steel tube.

CAGE MACHINE:
The wire-hooding machine is suitable for the application of wire-hooding and subsequent wire-hooding.
The applicable types of cages are the following: 4-wire cage with cap and 4-wire cage without cap.
Operation is mechanical and pneumatic.
The cages are loaded from the barrel by placing the cages in the barrel and removing the rod (barrel capacity 250 cages).
The distribution of the cages occurs automatically
