I am an oenologist who attended the three-year degree at the University of Florence and the specialist at the inter-university course at the Universities of Padua, Verona and Udine. Since 2016 I have been the production manager of Cinciano, a Chianti Classico company, which owns 28 hectares of vineyards and 45 olive trees, directly following the entire production chain, from the plant to the bottle, supporting the property in commercial choices from a technical point of view.
