This press have a cylinder volumes of 1500 litres Standard: * made of stainless steel * rotation of the cylinder in both directions (three phase motors) * pirouetting wheels with double break * quiet fan for a fast airflow till +0,2 bar * quiet fan for vacuuming the membrane * piston compressor Possibility: Perforated cylinder or non perforated cylinder (press is the same) Non perforated cylinder: * non perforated cylinder * perforated sliding doors * channels in cylinder * simple and easy removing of the channels Perforated cylinder: * half of cylinder is perforated * perforated sliding doors Sliding doors Big sliding doors on the cylinder enable fast loading of whole grapes and fast unloading of pomace after the pressing. The door opens by pulling a manual mechanism to the left or to the right without using great force. This new version of sliding doors enables a fast and easy cleaning under the doors. * fast loading of whole grapes * fast unloading of pomace * opening with the help of a manual mechanism Automatics AE The pressing of grapes is completely automatic with the help of the PLC. * PLC in a separated box made of stainless steel * separate manual operation: cylinder rotation, fan – airflow till +0,2 bar, fan – for vacumig the membrane, compressor, air outlet * operation of automatic functioning on the keyboard * 5 programs Collection tray on rotating wheels * same length and width of the collection tray and the cylinder * big volume of the tray (standard or extra trays) * outlet valves on sides (left or right) * big sieve on the outlet * rotating wheels * simple connection of the collection tray to the press Central loading The central loading occurs through the axis of the cylinder.
