Microfiltration system. The system consists of 8 modules +4 6 "hollow fiber, sm. Filtering surface 14 with 0.45 micron porosity. Pumps food regulated by inverter, recirculation pumps, pumps back - wash, drain pumps and pump production volumetric loading emptying.
N. 2 Tanks in AISI 304 cap. 1700LT each. version "HP" (high pressure).
Pipe lines in AISI 304.
Self-cleaning filter made of steel.
Steel electric panel CE certificate containing:
- Siemens PLC with operating software;
- Modules in PROFIBUS pneumatic solenoid valves;
- Modem for remote assistance.
Max Power 20.5 kW installed.
All mounted on a frame in AISI 304 feet and castors.
