After graduating in Viticulture and Oenology in 2012, I have gained strong practical experience in the wine industry, botanical extracts and alcoholic beverages, in Italy and abroad. On top of that, I added my huge passion for craft beer and spirits. And that’s how I’m now in charge of providing wineries, breweries and laboratories with innovative molecular diagnostic tools for the rapid and reliable detection of spoilage organisms in beverage.
