Graduated first in viticulture and oenology and then with the highest grades in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies I am both an oenologist and an agronomist. My previous experiences in various Apulian wineries delineate me as the laboratory manager, but also the manager of the main company quality systems. In recent years I have collected a lot of data on the main vine cultivars that allowed me to draw graphs and diagrams in order to learn about wines by studying their evolution from the first fermentation act to refining and bottling. I offer wine and agronomic consulting services to companies in the sector.
