Daniele Eberle, agronomist, Specialist in Viticulture and Enology, enrolled in the Order of Agronomists and Forest Doctors of the Province of Asti N.111. Was born and studied in Milan where he graduated in agricultural sciences with specialization in viticulture, but grew up in the Monferrato Land in Piemonte. After graduating, he began working in the wine sector in wineries and wineries in Piedmont, Marche and Lombardy. After a period of work spent in the United States at a winery he returned to Italy and settled in Piedmont where he began consulting for medium and large companies. In particular, it develops supply chain projects for the production of high-end wines for Terre da Vino, Barolo (CN). He collaborates with the Asti Docg Consortium, with the University institutes of Turin and Milan, participates or has participated as a coordinator / subject interested in research projects of the Piedmont Region, he is the author of 20 publications with technical dissemination, has participated as a speaker at various seminars on the techniques of drying grapes.
