The UNI-THECA 1 automatic capping machine is dedicated to small and medium-sized companies
bottlers who need a production volume from 1,200 to 3,000 bottles
so*.
(* depending on the configuration given by the type of capsule).
The machine consists of a distribution turret equipped with a single bell
with tilting movement and a turret for closing the capsules. The machine can
be equipped with interchangeable heads to be used according to the type of capsule from
pack.
Thanks to the height adjustment of the turrets, it is possible to treat different formats
bottle.
This automatic capper represents an effective solution for those who have to affix
various types of capsules on glass containers of products such as still wine, sparkling wine,
sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cider, oil, vinegar and kombucha.
The machine is supplied as standard with a horizontal magazine for the autonomy of the capsules.
Alternatively, the machine can be equipped with a vertical magazine with bottom loading.
In the case of machine configuration for distribution, folding and smoothing
of sparkling wine capsules, it is possible to equip the machine with a device suitable for
positioning of any written or symbol present on the big capsules in position
correct respects the 4 folds. The centering system involves the use of a reader of
contrast (colored mark) and / or a luminescence sensor (UV mark).
The speed of the machine can be varied by acting on an INVERTER that will be applied
on the motor and that, by means of a potentiometer placed on the electric push-button panel,
it will allow to vary the speed in a more precise and sensitive way (from the minimum production
at maximum production).
All the components of the machine can be easily inspected to make them easier
cleaning and maintenance operations ensuring a long life.
