PRESSING CYLINDER:
Entirely in AISI 304 steel, consisting of:
• Horizontal axis lenticular bottoms, without reinforcements, in order to facilitate greater cleaning.
• Internal planking fully mirror polished to reduce the abrasive effect on the product being
rotation and allow easy cleaning. All aimed at maintaining a high quality of the must
pressed;
• Scotch Brite finely sanded external plating to allow quick cleaning;
• No. 6 large section drainage channels, also made with sheet metal polished on both sides for
