up to 2800 kg of whole grapes,
about 4800 of pressed grapes
or 5300 of fermented mass for each work cycle.
The machine, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with an external satin finish of the barrel,
it is mounted on a steel frame, with four rubberized swivel wheels, two of which with brakes.

The compressor, with a power of 4.8 kW, the blower, with a power of 1.5 kW, and the reducer, directly coupled to a self-braking motor
with a power of 2.2 kW for the rotation of the tank, they are placed on the machine protected by a hood and easily accessible. To load whole grapes,
unload the pressed marc and wash the inside of the tank, using a manual opening door sliding on guides, obtained centrally
to the cylindrical part, while, for filling with pumpable products, axial loading via
4 ”solid valve with Garolla fitting Ø100mm with pressure switch.
