Bottle washer - Bardi NILO 230R

DESCRIPTION
Washing cycle operation:
It starts with a pre-pulping tank and a pulping tank with triple immersion cycle, a station for the extraction of labels, a station for spraying the detergent, a caustic washing station in high pressure recirculation, a first rinsing station in recycling and a second rinse station for recycling.
The pre-wash section and the water section are made of stainless steel, the tanks containing caustic liquids are made of mild steel.
The chain with the baskets replaced in 2014, gearboxes and motors in 2018.
The bottle washer is currently in use, it will be available in March 2021.
For washing returnable empty bottles with paper, paper and aluminum labels or without labels.
