Following the work experiences carried out over the years at the family farm with citrus, horticultural and oil sectors and subsequently at companies operating in the wine sector (Delea SA from 2001 to 2005, Duca di Salaparuta SpA from 2005 to 06/2018 and Terreni alla Maggia SA from 07/2018 to today), it was possible for me to acquire specific skills in the production, technical, management and viticultural fields. I have the diploma of Agricultural Expert with specialization in Viticulture and Oenology which, combined with the work experiences carried out, allowed me to develop a good professional knowledge. Over the years I have acquired a good working experience in the preparation of wines produced with vines autochthonous (Insolia, Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Frappato, Zibibbo, etc.) and with international grape varieties (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot noir Cabernet sauvignon, Muller thurgau), both still and sparkling wines, for the Italian and foreign market, vineyard management, general knowledge on still distillation discontinuous, processing, refining and preparation of grappas, preparation of infusions and liqueurs, in the negotiation with suppliers for the purchase of raw materials and base wines, in the planning of bottling taking into account the related warehouse stocks and purchasing the necessary materials bottling in synergy with the purchasing department, collaboration in the management of wine and sparkling wine registers, collaboration and management of verifications for the issue of ISO and BRC certifications.
