I am an agronomist and oenologist who works in central and southern Italy. I deal with business consultancy for all production processes: the design of the vineyard; its conduct; the vinification of the grapes for the production of quality wines. I am particularly attentive to the management of production and vinification in organic farming; I have acquired field experience as well as training by participating in several specific seminars organized by bodies such as Federbio, NAS dei Carabinieri, CCPB, etc. With the study structure we are able to face various problems concerning the management of the farm such as: - search for adequate funding; - implementation of a sales structure tailored to company needs; - monitoring of the company's management costs through dedicated proprietary software; - keeping the AGEA dossier, the Campaign Booklet and the Dematerialized Registers; - management of electronic invoicing.
