Designed to be able to carry out degorging operations,
pouring, liqueur dosage and leveling with wine
Consisting mainly of two turrets, the first in rotation
continuous and the second with intermittent rotation
Working cycle:
The first turret performs the degorging operation: equipped with three gripping / closing groups
bottle, during the execution of the working cycle overturns the bottle by about 65 ° and then extracts the cap
crown. Following the extraction of the cap, the bottle, which remains in an inclined position, is closed for
limit the spill of wine. Before the end of the rotation it is brought back to the vertical position in mode
that can be unloaded on the conveyor belt.
The second turret, which has six work points, each equipped with a gripper, in the arc of
a rotation performs three operations: pouring, dosing of liqueur and leveling.
The bottle is tilted again for the dosing of the liqueur
The leveling operation takes place after the bottle has been returned to a vertical position.
In the path between the first and second turret, a group is installed that checks for any
presence of the crown cap. The first turret is also equipped with a device for unloading the caps
which are conveyed into a tray (removable to allow periodic emptying) located
inside the base.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel approved for food use. Designed to be inserted into an automated production line.

On request it is possible to install on an extension of the infeed belt about mt. 1, a tunnel (optional)
which allows the automatic washing of the neck of the bottles to be produced before they are placed on the
machine. This application is visible on the photo shown on the front page.
